Erika loves being part of the energy of real estate and the way that it represents both new beginnings and the end of an era for the buyers and sellers involved. By providing a thorough understanding of market conditions and the transaction itself, she specializes in helping her clients manage their expectations and emotions throughout the process. By building lasting relationships, she provides superior insight and information for decisions that have a significant, ongoing impact on her clients’ personal and financial lives.

In order to continue growing in her role as an agent, Erika recently graduated with her Business Management Degree and is also scheduled to begin the extensive education requirements leading to the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the industry’s highest credential awarded to real estate agents.

Hailing from a farm family in the rural Midwest, Erika has a lifelong passion for the outdoors and loves exploring Alaska’s wide open spaces. When she’s not serving clients, she and her family spend their time hiking, skiing, traveling, and immersing themselves in art, music, and hockey.
